MEET WICHITA

Wichita is a 3 piece original rock band located on the Surf Coast of Victoria, Australia.​ With John on vocals/guitar, Lachie on bass and Ben on drums they put out a big original rock sound like few others before them.

Their signature sound is defined by subtle influence from  Zeppelin, Hendrix, Nirvana, Sabbath and Gunners to project something that is unmistakably unique and pleasing to those who love hard rock played live and loud.​Wichita first embarked on their musical voyage of discovery together in a dingy bedroom with walls covered in dirty carpet and sweat stained floorboards in early 2000. They were brought together by a love of similar music and their complementary musical talents.

Today, it’s all about sharing their love of music and showcasing truly original content with fans.
